Hey, my name is Dan Peregrine! I’m the Lead Pastor here at CGC!
Reverend Dan Peregrine
A little bit about me: I’ve been married to my wife Teah for (10+years & counting), we have 3 awesome kiddos: William, Abigail, and Lydia, and a dog named: Butterz! If you saw a 26-foot U-Haul navigating Chauvin at the tail end of February, that was us! We moved here & started at CGC in March! We are so thrilled to plant deep roots in this amazing community of Chauvin. Because both Teah & I grew up in small towns, we love the pace, the quiet beauty, and the neighbourly spirit here the village has to offer!
Education: Bachelor’s of Theology at Masters College & Seminary in Peterborough, Ontario. And holds an ordained minister credential with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC).
Hometowns: Dan is from a Northern Ontario mining town, called Falconbridge; small town living is very familiar to him and his family!

Our heart for Chauvin Gospel Centre:
I’m not a big fan of stuffy religion or being a distant face on a stage on Sundays. My goal is to lead with authenticity and ensure our church is a place where everyone feels seen, valued, and welcome—whether you’ve gone to church your whole life or have never set foot in one before.
We try to live out a simple mission from the Bible around here: “Love each other with genuine affection, and take delight in honouring each other” (Romans 12:10). No perfect people required; just real community.
